The Director of Operations and Real Estate Broker at Guardian Real Estate, LLC, Roger Hale has more than 16 years of experience in property management and 11 years in portfolio supervision. Over the course of his career, he has expanded his portfolio to include commercial properties. His ownership interest currently includes more than 15,000 feet of commercial space, 130 apartment units, and a parking garage with 286 spaces.

In his role at Guardian Real Estate, Roger Hale has supervised and evaluated property tax credits, successfully monitoring and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Roger Hale's actions have led to an improved quality of life for people who live and work in properties operated by Guardian Real Estate. He has also developed effective management tactics and procedures to reduce delinquencies and improve tenant satisfaction at the 130 units that he controls.

At Guardian Real Estate, Roger Hale formed positive working relationships with the Iowa Finance Authority, the Midwest Housing Equity Group, Inc., Spectrum Enterprises, and TheoPRO Compliance & Consulting, Inc. He has also worked with the Omaha Housing Authority, Bellevue Housing Authority, and the Douglas County Housing Authority.

Roger Hale was responsible for the marketing and administration of tax credit portfolios at the Seldin Company prior to joining Guardian Real Estate. In this capacity, he lowered budget restrictions and designed capital improvement programs that increased property values, raised tenet levels, and improved customer satisfaction.

A graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Roger Hale is also member of the Rho Epsilon Fraternity, a real estate honor society. He holds a license as Real Estate Broker in Nebraska and Iowa. Demonstrating his commitment to prevent crime in residential neighborhoods and foster positive living environments for tenants, Roger Hale participated in the Crime Free Multi-Family Housing Program, which certifies property managers in three different phases. Through the program, managers and owners attend classes to learn how to keep their properties free of drugs and illegal activities.
